Bel Khedme: building a home services platform for Lebanon.
Bel Khedme is our own product. We designed it, we build it, and we will run it, which is why it shapes how we build platforms for clients.

The problem.
Finding a reliable electrician, plumber or cleaner usually happens through word of mouth and phone calls. You ask around, call a number, and hope someone shows up when they said they would. Payment is agreed on the spot, and there is no record of who did what.
Providers have the opposite problem: work arrives through scattered calls and messages, with no simple way to organise jobs across a team of servicemen. Bel Khedme puts both sides on one platform, from booking through payment and tracking.
Four roles, one platform.
Each role gets an app or panel built around its own job, all sharing one backend.
Customers
Book a service in a few taps, pay inside the app, and follow the job live from booking to completion.
Service providers
Companies and independent pros receive bookings instantly, manage their team and see every job in one place.
Servicemen
The technicians who do the work get their own app: the jobs assigned to them, where to go and what to update.
Admin
Our team oversees providers, bookings and payments from a dashboard with reporting.
Decisions we made, and why.
- 01
Separate apps for providers and servicemen
A service company and the technician it sends are different people with different jobs. Merging them into one app either overwhelms the technician or hides control from the owner, so each gets a focused app.
- 02
Live tracking from booking to completion
The question customers ask most is "when are they coming?". Showing status in real time answers it without a single phone call.
- 03
Payments built in
Payment happens inside the platform, so customers do not have to switch to another app and providers have a clear record of every job.
- 04
Arabic and English from day one
The waitlist and product are bilingual, with a proper right-to-left layout in Arabic rather than a translation added later.
- 05
Built for the whole country
Areas are organised by governorate, from Beirut and Mount Lebanon to Akkar and Baalbek-Hermel, so coverage can grow region by region.
- 06
A waitlist before launch, for both sides
A marketplace needs providers and customers at the same time. The waitlist asks each person which side they are on and, for providers, which service they offer (electricity, plumbing, painting, cleaning, HVAC and more), so launch can start where both sides already exist.
Where it is now.
Bel Khedme is in internal testing: the apps are working and our team is testing every flow, from booking to payment to completion, before opening it to the people on the waitlist.
What this means for your project.
The same building blocks power the platforms we launch for clients.
- Multi-role products: separate apps for each role, sharing one backend and one admin
- Real-time booking, dispatch and live tracking
- In-app payments and clear records for every transaction
- Bilingual Arabic and English interfaces with right-to-left layouts
- Pre-launch validation before the full build goes live
