White-label licensing

Last updated: October 2026

1. Overview

This page explains how our ready-made platforms (listed under Platforms) are licensed and delivered. It applies to every platform in our catalogue. The written agreement we sign with you sets out the final scope, fees and timeline, and takes precedence over this page where the two differ.

2. What You Receive

For each platform you license, you receive:

  • The complete source code of the customer app, the provider or partner apps where the platform includes them, and the web admin panel
  • Setup on your own servers and domain, with your name, logo and colours
  • Publishing of the apps to Google Play and the App Store under your developer accounts
  • 30 days of free support after launch (see section 7)

3. Trying the Platform

You can try the platform before you commit. Request a demo and we send you a working web admin demo and an Android build so you and your team can test it yourselves. A walkthrough call is available if you would like one, but it is not required.

4. How Pricing Works

Pricing has up to three parts, all agreed in writing before work starts:

  • Licence fee: paid once. There are no recurring licence fees.
  • Setup fee: covers deployment, branding and app store publishing.
  • Customisation: any new features or changes, quoted separately against an agreed workplan.

We do not publish fixed prices because they depend on the platform and on what you need. You receive a written quote once we understand what you need.

5. Usage Rights

With a licence, you may:

  • Launch and operate the platform under as many brands of your own as you like
  • Modify and extend the source code, yourself or through developers you hire

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, share or distribute the source code, in original or modified form, to any other company or person
  • Offer the platform's source code, or a product built from it, as a white-label or resale product to third parties

6. Timeline

A standard setup with your branding typically takes 2 to 4 weeks from the moment we receive your branding assets and third-party account access. When customisation is included, the timeline follows the workplan we agree on together before work starts.

7. Support After Launch

You receive 30 days of free support starting on launch day, covering bug fixes in the delivered platform and help with operating it. After that, support continues through an optional paid maintenance plan. Because you own the source code, your own developers can also take over at any time.

8. Third-Party Services and Costs

The platform relies on third-party services. These accounts are opened in your name and paid by you directly to each provider. We help you set each one up. Typical examples:

  • Server hosting and domain name
  • Maps and location services
  • SMS, email and push notification providers
  • Payment gateway
  • Google Play and Apple developer accounts

Prices for these services are set by the providers and may change over time.

9. Refunds

Payments are refundable until the source code is handed over to you, minus the value of work already completed at the time of cancellation. Once the source code has been delivered, payments are non-refundable.
